Privacy notices

According to the Personal Data Act (to be replaced by the future Data Protection Act), individuals must be informed if their personal data is recorded in a personal register. Personal data includes information such as name and address. In addition, the data subject must be informed of the purpose of processing their personal data, of the purpose for which their data is regularly disclosed, and of their rights.
